Using transaction OB58 in Produtive Client

I knowthe proceduresto allow changesin transactionOB58inProductionenvironment, but I have thefollowingquestions:

The environmentDEVandQASenvironmentaremoreupdatedthan theProductionenvironment. Can I havea problemwhen transporting therequestwith modificationsnecessaryto releasemodificationsinOB58in the production environment?
